Creator Portal: TikTok and Instagram Data
The Good Journey Creator Portal is for creators who partner with Good Journey and are 18 or older. If you choose to connect your TikTok or Instagram account, we receive the following through those platforms' official login tools and APIs:
- Profile information: your display name, profile photo and account ID.
- Post information: a list of your public posts and their view, like, comment and share counts.
How we use it. We use this data only to count views on your posts about Good Journey products and to match them to your affiliate account so we can credit and pay your commissions.
What we do not do. We do not post on your behalf, read your messages, access private content, or use this data for advertising. We do not sell or share this data, as those terms are defined under California law.
Who receives it. We share this data only with service providers that help us run the Creator Portal, such as our hosting provider and our affiliate platform, UpPromote, and only as needed to credit your sales.
Security. Access tokens are stored encrypted and used only for the purposes above.
Retention and deletion. We keep this data while you are an active partner. We delete it within 30 days after you disconnect your account or end your partnership, except for records of commissions and payments, which we keep as required for tax and accounting purposes.
Your choices. You can disconnect at any time from the Creator Portal or from your TikTok or Instagram app settings. To request a copy of your data or to have it deleted sooner, email hello@goodjourneyfoods.com. California residents may also use the rights described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.
